If you reserve and pay for a vacation rental through our site and then cancel, you will owe 20% of the total amount. The reason is that we may not be able to rent the reserved accommodation anymore. We therefore refund 80% of the total amount upon cancellation.
If you rent accommodation from us through another site such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the terms and conditions of that site will apply.

If you reserve and pay for water sports and/or beach items through our site and then cancel, you will owe 20% of the total amount. The reason is that we may no longer be able to rent the reserved items. Thus, we refund 80% of the total amount upon cancellation.
If you buy something from us, you can return the product within 7 days and you will receive a full refund, if it is not damaged.
We are open every day, including weekends.
