Article 3 - The contract
You do business with us in a secure web environment. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We add all the necessary information to your order and most of it can also be found on our website. We will send you a digital invoice. If you want a paper invoice, you can request it by e-mail.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will fulfill your order immediately. If something is wrong in the payment information? Please let us know!
Article 8 - Complaint procedure
Do you have a complaint? We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint. Everything by the book. If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. Describe your problem as well as possible in an e-mail so we can help you quickly. We promise to respond to you within 3 days. Then we'll either help you right away or let you know how much time we need to resolve things for you.
Article 9 - Disputes.
If we can't resolve our differences together, you always have the right to take legal action. We would find that extremely unfortunate, but we respect your choice. Our contract with you, to which these general conditions apply, is exclusively governed by European law.
Article 10 - Communication
We reserve the right to add you to our email database once you have made a purchase from our webshop. You will receive product usage tips, our newsletters and offers. If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you can always unsubscribe yourself at the bottom of the email.
